MATERIALS & LOGISTICS MANAGER
The Cargo Trailer Group, consisting of Haulmark
Industries, Inc., and Wells Cargo, Inc., are a cargo, motor sport and utility
trailer manufacturer located in 6 states. The Cargo Trailer Group is a
division of Universal Trailer Corporation, the largest manufacturer of
specialty trailers in the U.S. Currently
we have a need of a Materials and Logistics Manager at our McAdoo, PA
facility.
The Materials and
Logistics Manager will be responsible for all purchasing functions including
ordering of raw material, cycle counts, inventory control, material
warehousing and quarterly physical inventories management.
This individual will also be responsible for the timely purchase and
delivery of the raw materials, while maintaining workable relationships with
suppliers, and manufacturing employees.
Qualified
candidates should have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent, with 3 + years of
purchasing experience. APICS
certification and a Lean Manufacturing background are preferred.
A strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and the ability to manage
multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with excellent
communication skills is essential.

Procurement Analyst/Commodity Buyer to join our team.
Key responsibilities as follows:
 | Develop
and generate various top management monthly flash reports and market
overview reports of key commodities.
Review, validate and publish spend data analysis pulled from SAP to
prepare for major supplier meetings including annual contract negotiation
sessions.

 | Evaluate
market conditions and contact material suppliers to identify new sources
of supply and negotiate price, delivery and supply chain elements with
existing supply base.

 | Assist
in supplier rationalization and cost reduction initiatives within assigned
areas of spend including tracking of contract and rebate spending.

a variety of procurement discipline practices and procedures including
supplier survey and scorecard reporting and the creation of key dashboard

verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi- task and prioritize
effectively. Minimum Bachelors Degree and 3-5 years of
related experience including strong analysis skills. Computer skills
required for this position include advanced Excel capability, MS Office and
knowledge of ERP/SAP software.
